Delivery Updates as of June 24 – Runfest 2014

Hi Runners,

Here is our update for the deliveries.

We have sent all of Batch 1 and Batch 2.  We have labaled those that have been DELIVERED already.  If you feel this is incorrect, please let us know using the Contact Form here.

For those who registered last May-June, the 5K and 10K race kits are ready for delivery.  We hope you would receive them within the week.  The 21K race kits are still for sorting, we are still waiting for the kits to arrive and assign the bib numbers to you.  We expect them to arrive this week and we will send them to you right away.

REMINDERS FOR DELIVERY

1. Kindly leave an AUTHORIZATION LETTER to a person who can claim your race kit in case you are not around during the delivery.

2. The courier will only make 2 attempts to reach you. If the race kit remains undelivered, it will be returned to us and you can claim it on race day instead.
